Eco-Kids Tuesday Link-Up and GREEN pops!

With the new year, we have been revamping our healthy eating. This means less processed food, less carby foods, more protein, and more greens. One of my favorite ways to get my greens is by drinking a green smoothie. But today I found another, possibly even more fun, way to get greens.

GREEN POPS!!!

All I did was take the green smoothie and pour it into the popsicle molds.
Stick them in the freezer for a couple of hours...
Tada!

Now onto the Eco-Kids Tuesday Link-Up!  Welcome!!  We had so many great posts shared with us last week at Eco-Kids Tuesday! I enjoyed each and every one of them.  It is getting harder and harder each week to pick just a few features!  Here are three of my favorites.

Since we had recently used epsom salts as "snow" in our Winter Wonderlands...

Life with Moore Babies made SNOW ice cream!
We LOVE snow ice cream around here!

Lindsey of Apple of Mama's Eye made these awesome floor pillows for her daughter!!!

Thanks to ALL of you for sharing such wonderful ideas!  If you were featured please feel free to grab a button for your blog.  And please keep linking up great all your Eco-Kid ideas!

    1. I linked it above, but here it is for easy reference:

1 1/3 cup of spinach or kale
1 cup of frozen fruit (I like to use 1/2 a banana and
      1/2 cup of berries)
      2Tb ground flax
1 cup of milk (can be almond, soy, or cows milk)
      1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt

  4. oooh, I never thought about making green smoothie pops. That's a great idea! I've been doing my darndest to keep processed foods out of our house. It's not always easy. Thanks for featuring our snowy pinecones. We still have them hanging.
