An Enchanted Childhood Playschool ~ Summer Camp ~ Clouds

This week we focused on three main types of clouds: cumulus, stratus, and cirrus.

We did a two-part project for our cloud "study". 

Day One the children painted blue skies!

The following day they added cotton balls, represeting the three cloud types.

We talked about each kind and what we thought they looked like!

We labeled the backs so the parents could learn them too!

Monday was "release the frogs" day. 

Our little tadpoles (caught six week before) finally grew into the cutest little frogs!

Eco-Kids Tuesday!

The weeks are flying by. I can hardly believe it is Tuesday again! 

Our gardens are growing so fast.  Almost everyday there is something new to eat. 

Today we had a wonderful surprise awaiting us in Poppaw John's garden!

I love how baby goes back and forth, with sugar snaps peas in one hand, and blueberries in the other! 
So much goodness!
